The flavours are considered unique to black tea. According to many reports, black tea has a positive impact on the heart. Other teas in this family, including Pu-erh and oolong, have positive health effects.
3.White Tea
White tea was discovered during the Song Dynasty when only royals were allowed to have it. White tea was also popular and had the same taste as Japanese matcha, which was served in ceramic bowls. Modern-day white tea is quite popular, and the ingredients are very minimal. White tea acts as an antioxidant inside the body, which protects the cells. It also has a surprising element that can prevent cancer.
4.Oolong Tea
Oolong tea is unique and has a taste between green tea and black tea. The leaves of Oolong tea could be classified as complex and varied. Oolong tea helps fight diabetes. Chinese Oolong tea is very complicated to make, as the process takes a lot of time. The process of making oolong tea differs from region to region. The longer the steeping time of the tea, the higher the caffeine content.
